1. PRE ORDERS on EXCLUSIVE fabrics - These do not have the same turnaround time as our main orders as we have to allow time for the fabric to be ordered, manufactured and shipped.
2. FAST PASS If your item is required for a certain date or for a special occasion, we highly recommend you place your order in plenty of time or alternatively you can purchase a £10 Fast Pass/ Rush my order as we cannot guarantee with delivery that it would be with you in less than 6 weeks.
If you do not tell us at the time of ordering the date the item is needed by it will not be possible to move the item in the queue, we also will not cancel or refund your item if the date is missed if you did not specify in the order notes at the time of purchase this keeps it fair for everyone else in the queue.
3. POSTAGE and Packaging
All orders up to the value of £20 will be sent via Standard Royal Mail 1st class (up to £20 compensation) anything over this will be sent via Royal Mail signed for service (up to £50 compensation) unless agreed otherwise.
1st Class postage is typically delivered within 3 working days. Once items are posted we are not responsible for how long they take to arrive with you as this is out of our control.
If Items are lost in the post, we are not responsible for loss or damage and will not remake your order. Items will only be covered and compensated up to £20 with standard Royal Mail 1st class and up to £50 for Royal Mail Signed for service - if your item is lost in the post you will be compensated by royal mail for the cost of the item purchased up to the maximum of either £20 or £50 compensation dependant on the postal service you have paid for. (As stated on Royal Mail's Website).
If your order is worth more then £50 it is your responsibility to ask for an upgraded postal service for the higher insurance otherwise we will only compensate up to a maximum of £50.
Any compensation will be sent to you once paid by royal mail and not before.
4. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS, we advise that all items are hand washed or with your own discretion washed at 30 degrees. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY, drip dry and Iron on reverse (discretion is needed). Any item damaged by washing/drying/ironing is not our responsibility and we will not refund for any damaged caused by you.
5. SAFETY FIRST Please do not leave children unattended in any items that contain buttons, dangling lace, poppers if loose from excess use. Please also remove these items for sleep as they are not pyjamas. Whilst we have tried our best to ensure all fastenings are secure and attached safely these can loosen over time, during play or in the wash please check the safety of all fastenings before each wear.
6. DEPOSITS - All Deposits/Pre order Deposits are non-refundable as you are committing to a fabric all pre order fabric is ordered especially for you. If you change your mind, we will accommodate this however, your deposit is non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required on your new fabric choice.
7. Deposits are valid for 30 days in which you can discuss with us your order and we will create you a custom listing on the website. Orders must be paid for in full within the 30 days (checked out on the website) or your deposit will no longer be valid and your pre order will be cancelled. After this you will need to reorder with a new deposit.
8. REFUNDS - we do not offer refunds on any items after they are placed and paid for. We can alter sizing within a reasonable time however, if you change your mind we will not accommodate this and you will be sent the item you have ordered when it is made.
9. As all items are made to order especially for you, we do not accept returns.
