Turnaround time is typically between 21-42 working days to dispatch.
Although we try very hard to make and dispatch items within this time frame, occasionally delays do occur, if any delays are encountered with your order please don't worry it won't be long. (Coat turnaround time is 8-10 weeks)
Raffle Prizes and Giveaway Gifts do not have the same turnaround time/priority as orders when we are busy, these are filtered into the queue. Please be mindful of this.
